The event is designed standard road cars as a social brain twisting event. Duncan Jordan is the brains behind the event
Event will be held on Saturday evening, 31st August 2024.
All tarmac.
The event will be held in accordance with Motorsport Australia National Touring Standing Regulations.
As the first navigation event for many years, this event will cater for novices.
The drivers briefing will explain how to read maps, grid references, stick diagrams, route charts and tulip diagrams.
Everyone will meet at the Light Car Club (22 Moojebing Street Bayswater) rooms for all the pre-event bits then head of to the start at the east side of John Forest National Park. It then incorporates roads as far east as Northam, and as far north as Toodyay.
Open to any roadworthy vehicle, any Driver will need to be a member of a Motorsport Australia affiliated car club and hold a civil driver’s license and the Navigator a member of a Motorsport Australia affiliated car club. No Motorsport Australia license is required, though if you are interested in obtaining one, more information can be found on their website motorsport.org.au
