Working with children checks – Although working with children checks are not mandatory yet, a lots of other states it is and WA is not far behind. It is strongly recommended as some of our officials and competitors are under age. Go to for more information. https://www.wa.gov.au/organisation/department-of-communities/working-children-check-application-and-renewal-process You can get the forms from the post office for your application. For a cheaper rate ( being a sporting organisation) get the Club president to sign your form.

Becoming a club volunteer
To have a successful club the club needs volunteers and the more volunteers the stronger the club. Some of these positions are great for building your confidents and self-esteem. They are a great way to be involved if you can’t compete.
