A notice was given on the 7th October 2019, to members of the Light Car Club of WA (Inc) that the 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Light Car Club of WA (Inc) will be held at the Light Car Club’s Clubrooms 37 Moojebing Street Bayswater, on Sunday the 1st of December 2019.

The Voting (election) of the Office Bearers for 2020 can be made in person at the Annual General Meeting on the 1st of December 2019, commencing at 2.00pm.
Postal votes can be lodged. The last day of acceptance of postal votes is Friday 29th November 2019. ALL POSTAL VOTES BY: Australia Post Delivery only MUST BE CLEARLY ADDRESSED to:

Absentee votes can be lodged. If you cannot make the AGM in person, you may give your vote to another member who will be in attendance at the AGM. However, your vote must be in a sealed envelope clearly addressed to: The Returning Officer – Light Car Club of WA (Inc). The other member should give your envelope to the nominated returning officer at the AGM.
One other opportunity exists, bring your vote to the next meeting Wednesday 26th November again must be sealed and addressed to the returning officer.
In all cases remember you must sign the postal/absentee voting document, you must be an adult financial member of the LCC for 2019. Junior members (17 and under at the start of the 2019) do not have voting rights.
Although Junior Members do not have voting rights, they do have a say, and we encourage their involvement, at club events and on the committee. Let us know what you are thinking and the direction you think the club should take. You are our future, make it happen.

LUNCH:
For those who would like to socialise, a BYO Lunch and drinks will commence at around noon. BBQ can be set up for your use. Water, soft drinks, tea and coffee will be supplied.
The AGM will follow the lunch at 2pm, and this will be followed by the presentation of Club Competition Trophies, to the winners of the following LCC Championships 2019.
Club Champion – Ladies Champion – Club Competition Champion – Junior Champion plus the individual Club Event Winners and other awards if applicable.
